Celebrating togetherness through mixed materiality

Ilse Crawford and Oscar Pena of Studioilse created the Betwixt Chari in response to something they struggle to find: an "everywhere" chair that can move between different environments. the designers paired a robust steel frame with wood, upholstery, or composite cork - a material known for its sustainability - to achieve a balance wherever Betwixt is used.
